This policy keeps Ask a Shop Owner useful for the business owners it was built for. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice or refund, and may be reported to law enforcement. We are the sole judge of whether conduct violates this policy.
Do not
- Scrape, crawl, mirror, frame, or attempt to extract or recreate the curated library, our models, prompts, embeddings, or training data.
- Use the Service, its outputs, or any underlying data to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or benchmark any machine learning model, or to build a competing product.
- Automate the Service through bots, scripts, or integrations without our prior written permission.
- Bypass or attempt to bypass rate limits, paywalls, authentication, or other technical protections.
- Share, resell, white-label, or sublicense access to your account or to the Service without a written agreement.
- Use the Service to harass, defraud, or deceive others.
- Submit malware, exploits, or attempts to break the Service.
- Use the Service to generate content that infringes intellectual property or any third-party right.
- Use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexual involving minors, or otherwise harmful.
- Misrepresent AI outputs as professional advice or as the views of any real person.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, remove offending content, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement, all at our sole discretion and without liability to you. Termination for violation does not entitle you to any refund.
