- How does the 7-day free trial work?
- You put a card down to start. You get everything for 7 days. Cancel before day 7 and you pay nothing. Stay past day 7 and your card is charged $97 and you keep going month to month.
- Why do I have to enter a card for the trial?
- It keeps spam accounts out and lets you roll straight from trial into paid without losing your roadmap and your history.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Two clicks from your billing page. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. We do not refund partial months. See our Cancellation Policy for the fine print.
- Do you have a team or multi-shop plan?
- Not yet. If you run more than one shop, use the contact form. We are running a small private beta for multi-location owners.
- Can I pay annually?
- Yes. Annual is $970 charged today for the full year, which works out to $80.83 a month and saves you $194. Annual does not include the 7-day trial, you get two free months instead. Want to try it first? Start monthly, then switch to annual from your billing page.
- What if the library does not have an answer for me?
- The AI will tell you it does not know instead of making something up. That is the whole point. When that happens, send us the question. It is how the library grows.
