You can cancel your Ask a Shop Owner subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts and no refund windows — cancel when you want, and you will not be charged again.
1. How to cancel
Cancel anytime from your account billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will keep access until then.
2. No refunds
We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods or prior charges. If you cancel, you retain access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
3. Reactivating
You can resubscribe at any time. Your account history and saved content remain available when you return.
