How we build it
The library starts with operators who have actually run a shop. We interview them. We transcribe. We tag. We vet.
What goes in is the part that is useful to another operator: the pricing decision, the firing conversation, the moment the line of credit saved the business, the one marketing channel that actually worked in a town of 8,000.
What stays out is the open web. We do not scrape forums, content farms, marketing pages, or anything where the source is not a real operator who agreed to be part of the library.
Common questions
Where does the content come from?
Primary sources: interviews, transcripts, and vetted writing from operators who consented to be part of the library. We do not scrape the open web.
How often does it grow?
Continuously. New operators are added on a rolling basis. The library is bigger today than it was last month.
Can I contribute?
Yes. If you have run a shop and want to be part of the library, get in touch through the contact page.
Is the corpus public?
No. The library is private and only used to ground answers inside the product. Operators trust us with their stories on that basis.
