How do I handle owner burnout?
Short answer
It's a signal, not a flaw. Something in the business is broken and you've been carrying it personally. Find which thing and fix it.
Diagnose
Burnout almost always traces to one of three things: too much production work you should have handed off, a person on the team draining the energy, or a financial pressure you can't talk to anyone about.
Then act
Step away for three days, minimum. Then pick the biggest of the three and spend 30 days fixing it. You can't 'try harder' your way out. The business has to change, not you.
