Three goals max, one number each, tied to actions you can actually do. 'Make more money' isn't a goal.

More than three goals means none of them are real. Pick the three things that, if you nailed them, would make the year. Everything else is busywork.

'Grow revenue 20 percent' is a wish. 'Grow revenue 20 percent by booking 4 commercial accounts this year, with 2 calls a week' is a goal. The action makes it real.
