Where do you find good plumbers to hire?

Indeed is the last place good plumbers look. They are already working. You have to poach or grow your own.
Two things that work: pay a $500 to $1000 referral bounty to your current techs for any plumber they bring in who stays 90 days. And go to the supply houses on Monday morning. Talk to counter guys. They know who is looking.
If you cannot poach, hire an apprentice with zero experience and good attitude. Two years in, you have a $35/hr tech who is loyal because you trained them. It is the long play but it always works.
