Quarter-over-quarter and year-over-year

Compare each quarter to the previous quarter (sequential) and to the same quarter last year (seasonal). Two views protect against false alarms and false comfort.

Flag any 10%+ shift

Anything that's moved more than 10% in either direction deserves a question. Sometimes it's noise. Often it's a real change worth investigating.

Same-store metrics if you've expanded
