Getting asked for move-outs constantly. What is the pricing formula?

Move-outs price at 2x to 3x a standard clean of the same square footage, minimum. They are the hardest, dirtiest, longest jobs, and they often turn into complaints because the customer is stressed and moving. Price like it matters.
Charge a flat rate (not hourly) based on sq ft and condition. Walk it or FaceTime it before quoting. Never quote sight-unseen; you will lose money on 30% of them.
Contract terms: 50% deposit, full balance at completion, walkthrough must happen day-of, any 'add-ons' (inside oven, inside fridge, garage) are priced separately in writing. That protects you from the 'you missed the baseboards' fight.
