Price by square foot for house washes, by linear foot for concrete, and by the job for driveways. In most US markets: $0.25 to $0.40/sq ft for soft wash siding, $0.20 to $0.30/sq ft for concrete, $200 to $400 for a two-car driveway.
Set a minimum: never leave the shop for less than $250. Solo operators kill themselves chasing $150 jobs across town.
Track your actual hours on 10 jobs. Total hours (including drive, setup, teardown) divided by revenue. If you are not clearing $85 an hour, either raise price or tighten your route.
