Phone scripts for shops that hate scripts

You don't need a script. You need three lines you say the same way every time.

The first 15 seconds decide the call

A confident opener ('Thanks for calling [shop], this is [name], are you calling about a new project or an existing one?') routes the call and signals professionalism in one breath.

Always ask for the appointment

Most calls end without anyone asking for the next step. 'I can have someone out Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning, which works better?' converts curious into booked.

Capture the lead even if they don't book

Name, number, project type, address. If the call ends without those, the lead is gone. Make it the minimum, every call.
