Follow-up is the easiest money in the business

Most owners stop at one attempt. The customers you'd win are on attempts three through five.

The numbers nobody likes hearing

Fewer than 1 in 5 sales happens on the first contact. Most happen between the third and seventh touch. Most owners quit after one or two.

A simple cadence

Day 0: quote sent. Day 2: short follow-up. Day 5: 'wanted to make sure this didn't slip through.' Day 10: 'still on the table?' Day 21: 'closing this out unless I hear otherwise.' That's it. No clever copy.

Make it someone's actual job

If follow-up is 'whoever has time,' it doesn't happen. Assign it. Track it. Pay against it.
